Four spear cut CZs forming the arms of a cross, with smaller round stones filling the spaces between them. The spear cut is long and pointed at one end, which is what gives the shape its direction — the arms taper outward rather than ending square.

At 8.4mm by 9.5mm this is one of the larger tops we carry, and the two stone shapes give it texture a single stone can't. The round CZs sit in CNC cut seats, machined directly into the titanium so they sit flush with no raised prongs to catch on hair or fabric.

How threadless works: the top has a small pin on the back. Bend the pin slightly, slide it into the hollow end of a threadless labret bar, and the tension holds it in place. More bend equals a tighter hold. If a top ever feels loose, take it out and add a little more bend to the pin.

Choosing a bar: tops are universal across gauges, but the bar is not. Pick your bar by the gauge and length of the piercing you're wearing it in.

• 16G — helix, tragus, conch, daith, cartilage
• 18G — earlobe, cartilage, nostril
• 20G — earlobe, nostril

A note on size: at nearly 10mm across, this top needs room to sit. It suits lobes and open cartilage placements like a conch or flat better than tight spots close to the rim, and it wants clearance around it in an ear stack.
