A five-point star with a bezel-set CZ set into the center. The bezel is a rim of titanium wrapped fully around the stone, which holds it lower and flatter than a prong setting — nothing catches on hair, towels, or clothing. The star points sit close to the stone, so the whole shape reads as one small piece rather than a star with something stuck on it.

At 3.7mm across, this is a small piece. It sits close to the skin and works as a single accent or as one point in a curated set.

How threadless works: the top has a small pin on the back. Bend the pin slightly, slide it into the hollow end of a threadless labret bar, and the tension holds it in place. More bend equals a tighter hold. If a top ever feels loose, take it out and add a little more bend to the pin.

Choosing a bar: tops are universal across gauges, but the bar is not. Pick your bar by the gauge and length of the piercing you're wearing it in.
