Prong-set CZs alternating with solid titanium spikes along a curved bar. At 8.5mm it runs the length of the piercing rather than sitting in one spot, so a single top does what a row of studs would.

The spikes are what set it apart. Most curved tops are stones alone — here the metal is part of the design, giving it an edge that plain CZ pieces don't have. Each stone sits raised in prongs so light gets underneath, and the spikes read as matte points between them.

How threadless works: the top has a small pin on the back. Bend the pin slightly, slide it into the hollow end of a threadless labret bar, and the tension holds it in place. More bend equals a tighter hold. If a top ever feels loose, take it out and add a little more bend to the pin.

Choosing a bar: tops are universal across gauges, but the bar is not. Pick your bar by the gauge and length of the piercing you're wearing it in.
