Four prong-set CZs arranged as a small flower. At 3.3mm across it's one of the smallest pieces we carry — close to the size of a single stone, but with four points of light instead of one.
Prongs hold each stone from the sides rather than wrapping it, so light reaches the CZ from underneath and the flower reads brighter than a bezel of the same size. At 1.5mm thick it stays low against the ear, which matters in a stack where pieces sit close together.

How threadless works: the top has a small pin on the back. Bend the pin slightly, slide it into the hollow end of a threadless labret bar, and the tension holds it in place. More bend equals a tighter hold. If a top ever feels loose, take it out and add a little more bend to the pin.
Choosing a bar: tops are universal across gauges, but the bar is not. Pick your bar by the gauge and length of the piercing you're wearing it in.
