Refund policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. No return authorization is needed.

WHAT WE CAN ACCEPT

Items must be in new, original condition, unworn, and in their original packaging.

For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any worn merchandise. This applies to all piercing jewelry regardless of how briefly it was worn.

SIZE, GAUGE AND LENGTH

Gauge and length are selected by the customer at checkout. We are not able to accept returns on worn jewelry ordered in the wrong size.

If you are unsure of your size, email us at info@vitalpiercing.com before ordering and we will help you choose.

EXCHANGES

We are unable to offer exchanges on worn merchandise. Unworn items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days under the terms above, and you are welcome to place a new order for the size you need.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, email info@vitalpiercing.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo.
We will replace or refund the item and cover shipping both ways.

Please include your name, email address and order number inside the package.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense, and original shipping charges are not refundable. We recommend a tracked service — unless tracking information is provided, we are not responsible for lost packages.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received we will process your refund and notify you by email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
