Collection: Push Pin Tops & Bar Parts

Tops, bars and replacement ends, sold separately — because most people lose one half of a piece, not both. If the bar is still in your piercing and the top is somewhere on the bathroom floor, this is the collection you need.

Buying the parts separately is also how you build a setup that works. One labret bar in the right length, several tops to swap between. That costs less than buying complete pieces, and it means the bar stays put while you change the look.

Two numbers have to match. Gauge is the thickness of the bar — 16G for most cartilage, 18G or 20G for nostrils and lobes — and it has to be exact. Post length has to suit your anatomy, with a small amount of bar visible between the disc and the skin.

Threadless tops hold by friction from a slightly bent pin, so expect to adjust the bend. If a top will not stay in, increase the curve slightly. Our tops work with our labret bar — threadless is not a universal standard, and a top from another brand can feel like it fits while sitting a fraction loose.
