The complete piece — climber top and flat back labret bar together, ready to wear. Prong-set CZs alternate with solid titanium spikes along a curved bar, running 8.5mm so a single stud does what a row of separate studs would.

The spikes are what set it apart. Most curved tops are stones alone — here the metal is part of the design, giving it an edge that plain CZ pieces don't have. Each stone sits raised in prongs so light gets underneath, and the spikes read as matte points between them.

The flat disc back is why piercers reach for this style. It lies flush against the skin instead of pressing in like a ball back, which makes it far more comfortable to sleep on and less likely to irritate a piercing that's still settling.

Sizing: the length you need depends on the piercing and how much tissue the bar passes through. 6mm and 8mm cover most ears — 6mm for lobes and snug cartilage placements, 8mm where there's more tissue or any swelling. If you're between sizes on a newer piercing, size up; you can always downsize once it settles.
