The complete piece — flower top and flat back labret bar together, ready to wear. Four prong-set CZs arranged as a small flower, 3.3mm across, close to the size of a single stone but with four points of light instead of one.
Prongs hold each stone from the sides rather than wrapping it, so light reaches the CZ from underneath and the flower reads brighter than a bezel of the same size. At 1.5mm thick it stays low against the ear, which matters in a stack where pieces sit close together.
The flat disc back is why piercers reach for this style. It lies flush against the skin instead of pressing in like a ball back, which makes it far more comfortable to sleep on and less likely to irritate a piercing that's still settling.

Gauge guide:
16G — helix, tragus, conch, daith, cartilage
18G — earlobe, cartilage, nostril
20G — earlobe, nostril
Sizing: the length you need depends on the piercing and how much tissue the bar passes through. 6mm and 8mm cover most ears — 6mm for lobes and snug cartilage placements, 8mm where there's more tissue or any swelling. If you're between sizes on a newer piercing, size up; you can always downsize once it settles.
