Five prong-set CZs arranged as a cross — one at the center with four arms radiating out. At 5.5mm it's compact enough to sit in a stack without crowding anything next to it.

Prongs hold each stone from the sides rather than wrapping it, so light reaches the CZs from underneath and the cross reads brighter than a bezel-set piece of the same size.

Why internally threaded matters: the threading sits inside the bar, and the decorative top screws into it. That means the section passing through your piercing is completely smooth, with no threads to drag against the channel on insertion or removal. It's the standard piercers use for a reason.

Sizing: 6mm and 8mm cover most placements — 6mm for snug cartilage, 8mm where there's more tissue or any swelling. If you're between sizes on a newer piercing, size up; you can always downsize once it settles.

Tightening: hold the disc back steady and turn the top clockwise until it stops. Check it with clean, dry hands every so often — threaded tops work loose over time, and lotion or soap on your fingers makes it hard to tell when it's fully tight.
