CZs are lovely and fit my neometal labrets with no issues. Have only worn them one day - will update if there are any issues.
I bought the 3 mm gems for my first lobe piercings and the 2 mm gems for my higher lobe and cartilage piercings. They are perfect! For reference, mine were 18ga and 6 mm length. Apparently my ears are a little thicker where my second holes are because I could have used 7 mm for the second set, but they still work. I haven't had any problems with them getting loose despite wearing them non-stop for about a month now. Their high quality metal is great for my extremely sensitive ears. I will 100% buy more earrings from VitalPiercing in the future!

Got one for my conch in 2.5 and one for my forward helix 2 Both in 6mm titanium love it Just be sure to slightly bend the top piece so it stays put in post
