I bought the 3 mm gems for my first lobe piercings and the 2 mm gems for my higher lobe and cartilage piercings. They are perfect! For reference, mine were 18ga and 6 mm length. Apparently my ears are a little thicker where my second holes are because I could have used 7 mm for the second set, but they still work. I haven't had any problems with them getting loose despite wearing them non-stop for about a month now. Their high quality metal is great for my extremely sensitive ears. I will 100% buy more earrings from VitalPiercing in the future!

Got one for my conch in 2.5 and one for my forward helix 2 Both in 6mm titanium love it Just be sure to slightly bend the top piece so it stays put in post

this was good jewelry, it didnt irritate my nose. however it was not shiny at all and ended up not even looking like a stud nose piercing. it looked like a black colored piercing.

These are good, but I like the ones that are round all the way around better. Easier to remove and I like the look better.
I bought it to use for my forward helix and it's the perfect size! I had an issue with the top in the initial jewelry that was sent, the gem was misaligned but the seller sent a new one right away and it looks great !!
