I love Vital Piercing and all their earrings and designs. The only reason that this isn't a five star review is that the point on the heartbeat design of the hoop snagged on something and came out of my ear. My ear is totally fine; in fact, I almost didn't notice it was gone. It's also definitely related to me not paying attention, so it's not fully related to the actual hoop.
Once again, a perfect item, just is the wrong size gauge for my nostril! :')
