Great quality. The problem I had with it was with my inadequacy :) the opening was too small and i had THE hardest time putting the ball back in. ultimately will not
I wanted to know the exact grade of steel this was, so I messaged the seller and they got back to me quickly with that info (316 surgical steel). I lost the ball almost immediately, of my own fault, and messaged the seller to see if I could order just an extra set of balls, and they sent me a full new piece free of charge. Their customer service is phenomenal, and I have been very pleased with my experience. **When you go to put the earring in, make sure you’re doing it over something that can catch the ball if you drop it. That’ll save you a lot of time lol.
