At first I ordered the 8mm heart for my cartilage but it was definitely too small I could barely clip it back together so I ordered the 10mm and it is perfect! Both of them arrived pretty quickly but I definitely recommend getting the bigger one!

Super cute & comfy! I would recommend sizing up in diameter (especially if you’re planning to wear it in a nostril) since the heart shape narrows naturally, so an 8mm diameter in this feels smaller than the same diameter in a regular ring.
