Collection: Daith

The daith is the fold of cartilage just inside the ear canal opening. It is tucked away, which makes it one of the more discreet piercings, and it is almost always worn with a ring rather than a stud — the shape of the fold suits a hoop.

This collection covers our daith jewelry: hinged clicker rings, seamless hoops and curved barbells in 16G.

A daith takes 9 to 12 months to heal, longer than a helix or conch. The placement sits in a fold with limited airflow and gets knocked by headphones and pillows, so patience matters more here than almost anywhere in the ear.

Diameter is the number that decides fit. Too small and the ring presses into the fold; too large and it sits proud and catches. Diameter is measured on the inside of the ring, so the piece sits larger than its stated size. If yours leaves a mark or sits at an odd angle, it is sized wrong rather than the wrong style.

Everything here is implant-grade titanium, ASTM F-136 — nickel-free, and light enough to matter in a placement that takes this long to settle.
