Collection: 20G Nose Rings

20G (0.8mm) is the thinner of the two nostril gauges and the most common starting size — if you were pierced at a studio with a needle, there is a good chance this is you.

This collection covers everything we carry for nostrils in 20G: studs, screws, L-bends, hoops, seamless rings and flat back labret studs.

Gauge is worth getting right before anything else. A 20G piece in an 18G piercing sits loose in the channel and works its way free, which is one of the most common reasons nose jewelry disappears. The difference between the two is small enough to be hard to see and large enough to matter.

20G belongs in nostrils and earlobes only. It is too thin for cartilage — a helix, conch, tragus or daith needs 16G, and a 20G post will not sit correctly in one.

A nostril heals in 3 to 6 months, and everything here is implant-grade titanium, ASTM F-136 — nickel-free and safe to wear through it.
