Free Standard Shipping for all US orders over $50

  • To qualify for the Free Shipping offer: the order must be $50 or more before shipping and handling, and after all coupon codes and/or any special offers or promotions applied.
  • Our standard turnaround time is 24-48 hours after order confirmation. This does not include shipping and transit time.
  • We offer standard and priority shipping options, and all shipping includes tracking #.
  • US Shipping Options:
    • Standard - USPS Ground Advantage Mail (estimated shipping time: 3-7 business days to arrival)
    • Expedited - USPS Priority Mail (estimated shipping time: 2-5 business days to arrival)
    • PLEASE NOTE: the transit time for all shipping options will vary depending on your location. Transit time is NOT guaranteed, and only an estimate.
  • Once item is marked shipped, we cannot cancel your order.

International Shipping

We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.

All international orders ship via USPS GlobalPost Plus with full tracking through delivery.

  • Canada: $17.95 / Free over $200 USD (7-14 business days)
  • United Kingdom: $17.95 / Free over $200 USD (7-14 business days)
  • Australia: $22.95 / Free over $200 USD (8-16 business days)
  • New Zealand: $25.95 / Free over $250 USD (8-16 business days)

All prices in USD. Tracking is provided throughout your shipment's journey, including after arrival in your country.

Important notes for international orders:

  • Local customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply on delivery, collected by your local customs authority. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping costs.
  • Customs delays vary by country. In rare cases, packages may be held by 
    customs for several weeks. We are not notified when this happens. If 
    your package is delayed beyond expected delivery, please check tracking 
    and contact your local customs office for status.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or weather. Most packages arrive within the estimated window.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs in your country.
  • For international returns, please contact us at info@vitalpiercing.com before returning. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

At Vital Piercing, we want you to feel confident and excited about every purchase. If you are not completely in love with your selection, we're here to help.

To return your item(s) to us, follow these steps (No return authorization is needed):

  1. Confirm Eligibility: Ensure the items are in new, original condition and eligible for return. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Prepare the Package: Include the following information inside the package:
    • Your first and last name
    • Your email address
    • Order number
  3. Package and Label:
    • Reuse the original shipping materials if possible.
    • Remove or cover the original shipping label with a new one.
    • You can print a return label through PayPal or USPS, or write the return address directly on the padded mailer or box.
  4. Mail the Return:
    • Ensure sufficient postage is applied to avoid delays.
    • We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Unless tracking info is provided, we are not responsible for lost packages.

  5. Await Confirmation: Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund and notify you via email. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear back on your original payment method.
  • Once item is marked shipped, we cannot cancel your order. You have the option to refuse the package when it's delivered by taking the unopened package to your local post office. As soon as the package is returned in the original condition, we will issue a full refund, minus the original shipping cost.
  • For your safety and in accordance with hygiene standards, we kindly ask that you inspect all item(s) carefully before wearing them. Due to health and safety concerns, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any worn merchandise.
